Description:

This package provides debug information for package mlt.
Debug information is useful when developing applications that use this
package or when debugging this package.

Packages

- Add license tag. 
- More spec modernizations and rpmlint fixes.
- Configure conditional build for Ruby.
- Remove old BuilRequires that aren't needed anymore. 
- Remove old config options (avformat-swscale and qimage-libdir) that no longer
  exist in configure.
- Fix Ruby build.
